The staff was unbelievably helpful, always ready to

assist with any requests. The room was clean and quiet, making for a peaceful night. I truly appreciated the neighborhood vibe rather than a commercial district. However, I would have loved to see more dining options within the hotel.

Elevator issues caused delays!!! The hot tub jets were off for maintenance. Upgrading the outdated shower and furniture would make a huge difference!!! Pool area needs serious cleaning. broken tiles don't inspire relaxation!!!

Request a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay. The breakfast is excellent, especially the buffet.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. our room was clean and had a nice balcony. we enjoyed the warm breakfast buffet with plenty of options. location was great, easy access to local attractions and fast food. the indoor pool was fun for the kids. overall, a solid stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room with its comfortable king bed. The warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel, including cozy lounge areas, made it a perfect retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Improve breakfast service timing for quicker access.

The room definitely needed an upgrade. It felt tacky, with worn-out furnishings and bathroom fixtures that were in dire need of a good scrubbing. I encountered issues with cleanliness, from stains on the bed skirt to dirt on the bathroom walls. The elevator was out of service for part of my stay, and even after repair, it made strange noises. Complaints about the room phone went unaddressed, despite reminders, and there were also questionable hygiene issues in the pool area with visible debris and stains.

Comfortable stay with a great location

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with a lovely balcony, making it easy to relax after exploring the area. The proximity to various dining options and parks was a huge plus for our family. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better breakfast service since it was a bit slow on our visit, but overall, it didn't take away from our experience.

We stayed here for two nights, and the kids loved the pool and water slide! The hotel is across from Olympic Park and has easy access to attractions like Canada's Sports Hall of Fame. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed a clean room with comfy beds.
